The Hill Farm Condominiums site is surrounded by 300 acres of Minnesota Land Trust conservancy land. The Land Trust is a conservation non-profit that protects habitat, water, and nature for generations to come. There are no current or future plans for development of the conservation land.

Yes! The development is located within the city of North Oaks and will be able to utilize the city amenities including the trails, parks, and beaches.

Studio M Interiors has designed each space to be unique yet accommodate both classic and trending designs for our buyers. The finishes range from moody dark tones to bright and airy transitional style and everything in between. While we’re unable to make modifications to the selected finishes at this stage of construction, Studio M Interiors and our team are happy to provide resources for ways you can customize your space after closing.

The Home Owners’ Association fee is $0.38 per square foot and includes insurance, outside maintenance, snow, lawn and landscaping care, internet, water and sewer, trash, amenity maintenance and utilities, replacement reserves, preventative maintenance plan (PMP), professional management, garage maintenance and cleaning, hot water for each condominium and elevator maintenance. Homeowners will also be apart of the North Oak Home Owner’s Association, which is an additional annual fee of $1,935.

Reservations will be made through the Property Manager, First Service Residential. It is anticipated that the daily fee for the Guest Suite will be around $80.
