Winter is Not Slowing Us Down!

Even with the cold and snow, we are still making progress on the construction of Hill Farm Condominiums! Just yesterday, we moved the snow off of the site and started stripping the topsoil. Next step is footings and foundation!

Construction is Under Way

Construction is underway at Hill Farm Condominiums in North Oaks! The building’s infrastructure, which started this August, is now complete. This winter, we are digging the foundation and placing footings. With these first steps, we are on our way for completion and occupancy in Fall 2022!
