Amenities Fireplace Installed!

The cherry on top of the beautiful Lobby and Club Room has been installed: the see-through fireplace! Our two-sided floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace is the centerpiece to our amenities and the install was perfect timing for our residents’ Super Bowl parties. Come warm up by the fire and tour our finished building during our open hours, Thursdays-Sundays 12-5pm, or schedule a private tour by calling us at 651-317-4946.

The Grand Opening celebration of our finished amenities was at the beginning of the month, but we still aren’t over how great Hill Farm Condominiums has turned out! From the two-sided floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace to the large windows overlooking the acres of conservancy, our amenities are sure to wow. You’ll love our Party Room, Club Room, Fitness Center, Golf Simulator, Lobby, and Club Patio.

Our Grand Opening Event!

We couldn’t have asked for a better celebration of Hill Farm Condominiums’ Grand Opening! We would like to thank the Mayor of North Oaks Krista Wolter, the NOHOA board, North Oaks Company, Firm Ground Architects, CBS Construction, FirstService Residential, and the whole development team for joining in the ribbon cutting and for all of their hard work on Hill Farm Condominiums.
Following the ribbon cutting, we enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and live music in our Club and Party Rooms. With around 175 attendees from our very own condo owners to the North Oaks community, last night was full of laughter and joy!

The exterior of Hill Farm Condominiums is done! From our initial renderings and architectural plans to the beautiful completed building, we couldn’t be happier with the final results. It does help that the stunning conservancy was in its full autumn glory!
