From the stamped concrete Club Room Patio to our beautiful landscaping, the exterior of Hill Farm Condominiums is looking nearly complete! We can’t wait for our homeowners to start moving in this Fall.

We are excited to announce a new addition to our luxury amenities: a Golf Simulator! This private space will be located on the first floor near the Fitness Center as another way to stay active year-round. Not only will the Golf Simulator be a fun way to get together with guests, but it also keeps your swing in tip-top shape through the Winter so you will be ready to play at the North Oaks Golf Club come Spring!

The exterior of our building is still coming along with more of our driveway now being paved! Inside, the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in the Club Room and Lobby is currently being installed.

Our Club Room Patio is really coming along! The stonework has been completed on the garden walls. And, soon the stamped concrete patio will be formed and the outdoor kitchen, fire tables, and pergola will be installed. We can’t wait to watch the sunsets from this incredible view!
