April has been a busy month with sheetrocking the second floor and finishing windows throughout the building including the stunning, large windows in the Club Room and Lobby!

There has been some exciting construction progress over the last month! The third floor has been sheet-rocked, wired, and pre-plumbed — The vaulted 12′ ceilings look amazing! In April, we’ll see the remaining windows installed and the siding going on.

The roof is almost completely finished with only the finishing touches left! The interior of the quality control unit (our future model) is being mudded in this week, which means the condos are one step closer to looking like the beautiful homes they will be.
