White Bear Lake Marketfest 2023

This was our first year participating in White Bear Lake’s Marketfest, and we had an amazing time! We loved getting a chance to connect with one of North Oaks’ neighboring communities. We gave away more than 100 tote bags, water bottles, RTIC tumblers, candy, golf kits, and notebooks over our two days at Marketfest!
Mini Summer Construction Update!

Here’s a mini construction update via Jim at our most recent open house! The siding is going on and looking amazing, the amenity space has been fully insulated and is currently being sheetrocked, and condo patios have been poured!

The first floor’s sheetrock is all finished now! The rest of this month will include the second floor getting painted and the final cabinets going in the third-floor condos.

The third floor was fully sheetrocked in the Spring, and now it’s fully painted! Next, we’ll see cabinets going in all third-floor condos.

The third floor is now all tapped and mudded including that floor’s beautiful vaulted ceilings! Work is continuing on the first floor’s sheetrocking.

The second floor was fully sheetrocked in April, and the large Club Room and Lobby windows went in. This month the first floor will be sheetrocked!
